Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy mandates a shipping deadline of 10 am Zambia time on the shipping day.
This means all orders placed by 10 am on the shipping day will be shipped out. Any orders placed after 10 am on the shipping day will be shipped out on the next shipping day.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause but adhering to these rules ensures that your packages are not only mailed out in a timely manner but gives us adequate time to properly package your orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the delicate nature of the goods (Food), we sell and ship internationally, we are not accepting returns at this moment.
