Ingredients
3 cups - Dry Chimpapila
1.5 cup - Raw Pounded groundnuts
Pinch of soda
Pinch of salt
2 Medium Tomatoes
1 Medium Onion
Process
Soak the dry Chimpapila in piping hot water for at least 1 hour with a pinch of soda
Rinse the veggies thoroughly multiple times if need be or wash through a colander to remove any particles plus the residue at the bottom of the bowl
Clean again in water
Put in a pot with half a glass of water and boil
Add groundnuts, soda, salt and tomato
Cook for about 40 minutes
Add some onions and simmer for 5 minutes
Ready to serve with Nshima
