Chibwabwa:
- 2 Cups chibwabwa
- 1/2 Teaspoon soda
- 2 Medium tomatoes
- 1 Big Onion
- 1 Teaspoon salt
Preparation:
- Soak the dry chibwabawa with a pitch soda in hot boiling water for 1 hour
- Wash, rinse, and place in a pot
- Add 3 cups of water and stir. Let the chibwabwa cook for about an hour or so
- Once the chibwabwa begins to boil add chopped tomatoes, onions, and salt allow to simmer for 10 minutes
