Ingredients
3 cups - Dry chibwabwa
1.5 cup - Raw Pounded groundnuts
Pinch of soda
Pinch of salt
2 Medium Tomatoes
1 Medium Onion
Process
Soak the dry Chibwabwa in piping hot water for at least 2 hours
Rinse the veggies thoroughly multiple times if need be or wash through colanda Remove from the water leaving the dirty particles on the bottom as residue
Clean again in water
Put in a pot with half a glass of water and boil
Add groundnuts, soda, salt and tomato
Cook for about 40 minutes
Add some onions and simmer for 5 minutes
Ready to serve with Nshima
